1.Defective Products.

We will accept returns on website purchases within one week of delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, we also will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The customer is liable to confirm with Beads.us for a advisable shipping method.The defective products can be refund or replaced as soon your returned beads arrives.

2.Non-defective Products.

Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 5 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for all shipping costs and all taxes.

Prior to returning the product, contact Beads.us customer service department for a Return Authorization. All products returned to Beads.us must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach Beads.us without damage and please note that the parcel is for 'return products'.

3.I've returned my items,how soon will i receive my refund?

In most cases, we will refund your money within 48 hours after your package has been processed.The time it takes to receive your refund will differ based on the payment method you used.
